Handcrafted in Worthington, Ohio
I have been creating jewelry for over 30 years, beginning with dimensional bead weaving.
From 2021-2023, I completed the foundational metalsmithing coursework at the Baltimore Jewelry Center, which included advanced fabrication techniques, waxworking and casting, and digital template design- everything from saw piercing and forming to setting stones and finishing. I moved to Ohio in 2024, where I have set up a basement studio, but I still consider the community in Baltimore my artistic home.
I primarily work with sterling silver and have a special affinity for bronze, and I employ methods such as electrolytic etching, wax carving and casting, chasing and repousse, and powder coating.
I can’t get enough of jewelry (when I’m not actively creating, I’m thinking about creating) and I’m passionate about sustainable and ethical sourcing, craftsmanship, and learning traditional techniques and methods and experimenting with new ones.
